Postal Strike Alert

With postal strikes happening across the country, you may experience some delays in receiving your Petplan post. To avoid further delays, we have put a few things in place that will hopefully make life a bit easier:

  • We will accept email and fax copies of claims and application forms over this period of disruption. Please see the fax numbers and/or email addresses below;
  • If you are happy to give us your email address, we can communicate with you via email;
  • If you have posted something to us, such as proof of purchase or other documentation and we do not receive it please feel free to fax or email a copy to us;
  • If you are waiting for a cheque to arrive, please be advised that there will be extra delays due to the strike.
  • You can call us at anytime or visit the My Petplan area of our website to find out about the status of your claim, information about your policy and helpful resources.
