Thank you for choosing to continue your pet's insurance with Petplan, the UK's No.1 pet insurance provider (Datamonitor 2008).

Paying for your Petplan policy by Direct Debit allows you to spread your premium over the course of the year at no extra cost. To set this up simply complete the secure form below. The total amount due is shown on your Certificate of Insurance and we will send you a detailed Direct Debit payment schedule by post.

Instruction to your bank or building society to pay by Direct Debit

In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction online you need to be the holder of a personal account or have a joint account which does not require both account holders to authorise Direct Debits.

If you have a joint account where both account holders are required to authorise Direct Debits then you will need to submit a paper Direct Debit Instruction. If this is the case then please contact us on 0345 077 1934 and we will post you a paper Direct Debit Instruction.

Please pay Pet Plan Ltd Direct Debits from the account detailed in this Instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this Instruction may remain with Pet Plan Ltd and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my Bank/Building Society.

Direct Debit Guarantee

Direct DebitThis guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Pet Plan Ltd will notify you 7 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

If an error is made by Pet Plan Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to Pet Plan Ltd.
