You must then request the free product using the coupon which will be provided in your welcome email from Petplan. Your free identialert service will be made available in your welcome email from Petplan and therefore is available to start shortly after inception of your Petplan policy for up to 12 months, provided your policy is still active.   1. Nominations must be made via the online nomination form or on a paper based form from participating veterinary practices.
  2. Closing date for all nominations is midnight on 15th January 2024.
  3. Nominations are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made per person.
  4. Petplan accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged nominations.
  5. Judging will take place for all nominations for each of the five categories under independent supervision.
  6. All judges will be independent of Petplan and the full names of the judges shall be made available on request in writing. The judges will base their decision on the contents of the nomination statement or statements (and not on the number of nominations received) from nomination forms.
  7. The winners of the Petplan Veterinary Awards categories will be announced at the Petplan Veterinary Awards Ceremony in 2024
  8. Copyright in all nominations shall be owned by Petplan Ltd.

  2. Closing date for all nominations is midnight on 15th January 2024.
  3. Nominations can be submitted by all UK residents aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made per person.
  4. Petplan accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged nominations.
  5. Judging will take place for all nominations for each of the three categories under independent supervision.

The Petplan Pet Awards 2023

  1. The Petplan Pet Awards are open to all pet owners to celebrate and recognise exceptional pets that help enrich our lives.
  2. Nominations for the Petplan Pet Awards must be made via the online nomination form hosted on the Petplan website.
  3. The closing date for all nominations is midnight on 31st July 2023
  4. Nominations are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made per person.
  5. Judging will take place from all the nominations received for each of the five categories; the judges will base their decision on the contents of the nomination statement or statements, image (and not on the number of nominations received) from nomination forms.
  6. Finalists and winners will participate in all required publicity for three months following the closure of the nomination period and Petplan reserves the right to publish the names and photos of finalists and winners in post-event publications and on the Petplan website and/or social media sites. Winners will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
  7. All data is stored until 30th October 2023 in accordance with Petplan’s Fair Processing Notice.
  8. Entrants understand that their entry, including owner and pet name and breed, can be published for the purpose of marketing the Petplan Pet Awards. You may be contacted by a Petplan insurance representative on the contact details provided, to discuss the entry made in relation to the Petplan Pet Awards.
  9. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please note this will withdraw your nomination.
  10. All employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw or competition, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw or competition, are excluded from entry.

Online discount terms & conditions

  1. This discount applies to policies that are purchased online only. Retrospective discounts will not be available after quotation.
  2. This offer only applies to new pets insured with Petplan and will be automatically applied to your quote.
  3. Petplan reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by amending these online. Once we issue a quote with a validity period, it cannot be altered or changed. The online discount is only applicable for first policy year.
  4. Unless specified otherwise, this online discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Petplan’s General Prize Draw and Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering into the prize draw or competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules.
  2. Entry is free and is open to entrants aged 18 years old or over and proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
  3. All entries must be made by UK residents.
  4. Contact information about entrants is collected by Petplan in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes.
  5. All employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw or competition, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw or competition, are excluded from entry.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry may be made per person. Petplan will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  7. At least one of the judges involved in the review and selection of entries for any competition will be independent of Petplan and the full names of the judges shall be made available on request.
  8. Prizes shall be awarded at Petplan's discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw or competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. No purchase is necessary to claim a prize. Winners will be confirmed either by phone, in writing or by email. If they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, Petplan reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  9. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or mis-transmitted entries.
  10. Winners' names will be made available upon request after the closing date by sending a SAE to: Petplan Marketing, PO Box 223, Huddersfield, HD8 1FR. Petplan also reserves the right to announce winners on the Petplan website and/or social media sites.
  11. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability and any supplier’s terms and conditions. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside Petplan's control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Petplan is not responsible for the quality of the goods supplied.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
  13. All prizes will be sent within 30 days of notification as long as valid contact details are provided.
  14. Petplan’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and it reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw or competition.
  15. Winners will participate in all required publicity and Petplan reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners in post event publications and on the Petplan website and/or social media sites. Winners will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.

Amazon Gift Card Offer - Terms and Conditions
