Dog Insurance
For a lifetime policy, choose one of our Covered for Life products. Covered for Life policies are designed for dog owners worried about their pet developing a long-term illness, like arthritis or eczema, and our Supreme plan provides up to £12,000 of vet fees cover each year. Our lifetime policies also offer cover for complementary treatment such as acupuncture and homeopathy and will also pay up to £1,000 for the advertising and reward costs if your beloved dog goes missing. As well as a range of other benefits, our Supreme dog insurance plan will also offer up to £3 million of Third Party Liability cover.
Pet Value is designed for dog owners who want cover to provide help with the initial high cost of veterinary treatment. In addition to covering vet fees up to £3,000 per illness or injury, for up to 12 months, Pet Value will provide Third Party Liability insurance if property is damaged, or someone is injured or killed as a result of an incident involving your dog.

Death from Illness:Losing a pet is a great sadness, but we will refund the purchase price. We will pay the price you paid for your pet if it either dies or has to be put to sleep by a vet during the policy year as a result of an illness. If you did not pay for your pet or have no formal proof of how much you paid, we will pay the market value. Illnesses that first showed clinical signs before your pet's cover started or within 14 days of your pet's cover starting are not covered. Holiday Cancellation:We will pay any travel and accommodation expenses for you and your immediate family, that you cannot recover if you have to cancel or cut short a holiday - booked less than 28 days before you were due to leave - during the policy year because your pet has either gone missing while you are away; or is injured or shows the first clinical signs of an illness while you are away, or up to 7 days before you leave and so needs immediate life-saving surgery. Excess payments
If you need to make a Third Party property damage claim, you will pay the first £250 of any compensation, costs and expenses for each incident.
If you need to make a claim for Veterinary Fees or Complementary Treatment, you will pay an excess for the cost of treating each illness or injury. Your excess will vary on the product you choose, where you live and the breed and age of your pet. You will also pay an excess for Emergency Repatriation and Quarantine and Loss of Documents claims.
