Paying for your policy by Direct Debit allows you to spread your premium over the course of the year at no extra cost.To set this up simply complete the secure form below or download and return this payment form here. The total amount due is shown on your Certificate of Insurance and we will send you a detailed Direct Debit payment schedule by post. Instruction to your bank or building society to pay by Direct Debit.
In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction online you need to be the holder of a personal account or have a joint account which does not require both account holders to authorise Direct Debits.
If you have a joint account where both account holders are required to authorise Direct Debits then you will need to submit a paper Direct Debit Instruction. If this is the case then please contact us on 0345 077 1934 and we will post you a paper Direct Debit Instruction.
Please pay Pet Plan Limited Direct Debits from the account detailed in this Instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this Instruction may remain with Pet Plan Limited and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my Bank/Building Society.
Thank you very much for your Direct Debit Instruction details. These can be printed off at the next step and will also be sent to you with your Certificates of Insurance.
Here is the Direct Debit Guarantee for your information.
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit, Pet Plan Limited will notify you 7 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Pet Plan Limited to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Pet Plan Limited or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Pet Plan Limited asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
