Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is not available if you are purchasing a Rider Plan policy.
  2. Only one LeMieux Petplan Area Festivals Saddle Pad, Size Large ("the "Saddle Pad") per customer
  3. This offer only applies to customers who purchase a new annual Petplan policy for a dog, cat, rabbit or horse that has not already been insured with Petplan.
  4. This offer only applies if you use an Area Festival campaign link or the Area Festival Event QR code.
  5. This offer is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  6. This offer cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.
  7. The Saddle Pad will be posted to the address provided on the policy. This will be sent within 90 days after your policy purchase, provided your policy is still active. If you have not received your Saddle Pad by this date, please contact us at www.petplan.co.uk/help/.
  8. This promotional period runs from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024. This is exclusive to Petplan Area Festival competitors and the offer is only available whilst stock last
  9. This promotional offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion and you agree they are a convenient forum for you
