Free identialert offer

  1. This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
  3. To claim this offer you must purchase an annual insurance policy with Petplan and ensure a valid email address is provided. You must then request the free product using the coupon which will be provided in your welcome email from Petplan. Petplan holds the right to withdraw if you cancel your Petplan policy within the first 3 months.
  4. The promotional period closes at 12:00pm on 25th February 2027.
  5. Your free identialert service will be made available in your welcome email from Petplan and therefore is available to start shortly after inception of your Petplan policy for up to 12 months, provided your policy is still active. If you have not received confirmation of your offer after 20 days, please contact us on 0345 071 8000.
  6. Use of the identialert offer is subject to identialert’s terms and conditions. Petplan shall not be liable for the delivery of the identialert service or any loss or damage arising from the delivery (or non-delivery) of the service.
  7. This offer can only be claimed once per customer and Petplan will disallow duplicate claims where it finds them.

Free Area Festivals saddle pad

  1. This offer only applies to customers who purchase a new annual Petplan policy for a dog, cat, rabbit or horse that has not already been insured with Petplan.
  2. This offer is not available if you are purchasing a Rider Plan policy.
  3. Only one Petplan Area Festivals branded, white LeMieux dressage saddle pad, size large ("the "Saddle Pad") per customer.
  4. This offer only applies if you use the Area Festival campaign link or the Area Festival Event QR code.

Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards 2026

  1. Nominations must be made via the online nomination form or on a paper based form.
  2. Closing date for all nominations is midnight on 27th February 2026.
  3. Nominations can be submitted by all UK residents aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made per person.
  4. Nominations will only be accepted for cat, dog, rabbit and horse rehoming charities.
  5. Petplan accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged nominations.
  6. Judging will take place for all nominations for each of the three categories under independent supervision.
  7. All judges will be independent of Petplan and the full names of the judges shall be made available on request in writing. The judges will base their decision on the contents of the nomination statement or statements (and not on the number of nominations received) from nomination forms.
  8. The winners of the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards categories will be announced at the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards Ceremony in 2026.
  9. Copyright in all nominations shall be owned by Petplan Ltd.

10% discount terms & conditions

  1. Previous discounts will not be available after quotation.
  2. This offer only applies to new pets insured with Petplan and will be automatically applied to your quote.
  3. Petplan reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by amending these online. Once we issue a quote with a validity period, it cannot be altered or changed. The 10% discount is only applicable for first policy year.
  4. Unless specified otherwise, this 10% discount is not valid with any other offer.

15% discount terms & conditions

  1. This discount only applies to customers who have 4 weeks free cover and go onto purchase a full policy.
  2. The discount applies to the first year’s premium only.
  3. Unless specified otherwise, this 15% discount is not valid in with any other offer.

Petplan's Amazon New Business terms & conditions

  1. The promoter of this Gift Card is Pet Plan Limited (with company number: 01282939) and whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
  2. An eligible entrant is someone who receives an email from Pet Plan with the Gift Card offer and takes out cover for their pet during the Promotional Period (as set out below), aged 18 years old or over, and is a UK resident. The promotor reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all eligible customers. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification under (“Eligible Entrants”). 
  3. The opening date for this Gift Card offer will be from 00.01am on the 19th February 2026 to 11:59pm on 14th May 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Any new policies purchased after this date will not be eligible to receive this promotion.
  4. To qualify, the policy purchased must still be in force 90 days after purchase. The Promoter will verify after 90 days that the policy purchased is still in force, following which the winner will receive an email from the Promoter. The email will contain the full details on how to use your Gift Card as well as information on the expiration period for the link to claim your Gift Card. Please note that the expiration period for the link will begin from the date you receive the email. 
  5. All Petplan insurance policies are subject to and issued in accordance with the Promoter’s underwriting eligibility criteria.
  6. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the Gift Card, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the Gift Card, are excluded from entry.
  7. All Gift Cards are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
