Free identialert offer

  1. This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
  3. To claim this offer you must purchase an annual insurance policy with Petplan and ensure a valid email address is provided. You must then request the free product using the coupon which will be provided in your welcome email from Petplan. Petplan holds the right to withdraw if you cancel your Petplan policy within the first 3 months.
  4. The promotional period closes at 12:00pm on 25th February 2026.
  5. Your free identialert service will be made available in your welcome email from Petplan and therefore is available to start shortly after inception of your Petplan policy for up to 12 months, provided your policy is still active. If you have not received confirmation of your offer after 20 days, please contact us on 0345 071 8000.
  6. Use of the identialert offer is subject to identialert’s terms and conditions. Petplan shall not be liable for the delivery of the identialert service or any loss or damage arising from the delivery (or non-delivery) of the service.
  7. This offer can only be claimed once per customer and Petplan will disallow duplicate claims where it finds them.
  8. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any of our other promotions.

Free Area Festivals saddle pad

  1. This offer only applies to customers who purchase a new annual Petplan policy for a dog, cat, rabbit or horse that has not already been insured with Petplan.
  2. This offer is not available if you are purchasing a Rider Plan policy.
  3. Only one Petplan Area Festivals branded, white LeMieux dressage saddle pad, size large ("the "Saddle Pad") per customer.
  4. This offer only applies if you use the Area Festival campaign link or the Area Festival Event QR code.
  5. This offer is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  6. This offer cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.

Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards 2026

  1. Nominations must be made via the online nomination form or on a paper based form.
  2. Closing date for all nominations is midnight on 27th February 2026.
  3. Nominations can be submitted by all UK residents aged 18 or over. There is no limit on the number of nominations that can be made per person.
  4. Nominations will only be accepted for cat, dog, rabbit and horse rehoming charities.
  5. Petplan accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, delayed or damaged nominations.
  6. Judging will take place for all nominations for each of the three categories under independent supervision.
  7. All judges will be independent of Petplan and the full names of the judges shall be made available on request in writing. The judges will base their decision on the contents of the nomination statement or statements (and not on the number of nominations received) from nomination forms.
  8. The winners of the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards categories will be announced at the Petplan & ADCH Animal Charity Awards Ceremony in 2026.
  9. Copyright in all nominations shall be owned by Petplan Ltd.

Online discount terms & conditions

  1. This discount applies to policies that are purchased online only. Retrospective discounts will not be available after quotation.
  2. This offer only applies to new pets insured with Petplan and will be automatically applied to your quote.
  3. Petplan reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by amending these online. Once we issue a quote with a validity period, it cannot be altered or changed. The online discount is only applicable for first policy year.
  4. Unless specified otherwise, this online discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Petplan’s general prize draw and competition terms and conditions

  1. By entering into the prize draw or competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules.
  2. Entry is free and is open to entrants aged 18 years old or over and proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
  3. All entries must be made by UK residents.
  4. Contact information about entrants is collected by Petplan in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes.
  5. All employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw or competition, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw or competition, are excluded from entry.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry may be made per person. Petplan will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  7. At least one of the judges involved in the review and selection of entries for any competition will be independent of Petplan and the full names of the judges shall be made available on request.
  8. Prizes shall be awarded at Petplan's discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw or competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. No purchase is necessary to claim a prize. Winners will be confirmed either by phone, in writing or by email. If they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, Petplan reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  9. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or mis-transmitted entries.
  10. Winners' names will be made available upon request after the closing date by sending a SAE to: Petplan Marketing, PO Box 223, Huddersfield, HD8 1FR. Petplan also reserves the right to announce winners on the Petplan website and/or social media sites.
  11. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability and any supplier’s terms and conditions. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside Petplan's control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Petplan is not responsible for the quality of the goods supplied.
  12. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
  13. All prizes will be sent within 30 days of notification as long as valid contact details are provided.
  14. Petplan’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and it reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw or competition.
    Winners will participate in all required publicity and Petplan reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners in post event publications and on the Petplan website and/or social media sites. Winners will reasonably cooperate with publicity as a result of winning.
  15. The promoter of all prize draws and competitions is Pet Plan Limited ("Petplan") whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
     

Amazon Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Pet Plan Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 01282939, with its registered office at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
  2. An eligible entrant is:

    1. someone who obtains a quote from Petplan for pet insurance directly from petplan.co.uk or from the Promotor’s call centre (this excludes Petplan Equine and quotes received via Pets at Home) for a pet owned by the person named on the quote during the Promotional Period (as set out below);

    2. someone who after receiving the prize draw promotion in their quote email, converts that quote to a full policy within the quote validity period, which is 14 days from when the quote is taken out, by either clicking the link in the email or from the Promoter’s call centre.

    3. aged 18 years old or over;

    4. a UK resident.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Customers. Use of a false name, address or providing misleading information when entering the price draw will result in disqualification. (“Eligible Entrants”).
  4. The prize draw will be available from 00:01 on the 10th November 2025 to 23:59 on 24th December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Any new policies purchased after this date will not be eligible to receive this promotion.
  5. All Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into this prize terms unless you opt out of entrance by contacting us via email to  [email protected]
  6. One winner will receive a £1,000 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card that the winner can spend at Amazon.co.uk. The winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all valid entries during the Promotional Period.
  7. The winner will be contacted by 17th January 2026 via the email address used to obtain the pet insurance quote in order to fulfil the prize.
  8. To qualify, the policy purchased must still be in force 90 days after purchase. The Promoter will verify after 90 days that the policy purchased is still in force, following which the winner will receive an email from the Promoter. The email will contain the full details on how to use your Gift Card as well as information on the expiration period for the link to claim your gift card. Please note that the expiration period for the link will begin from the date you receive the email.
  9. All Petplan insurance policies are subject to and issued in accordance with the Promoter’s underwriting eligibility criteria.
  10. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw, are excluded from entry.
  11. Only one entry may be made per person. The Promoter will not enter any person twice into this prize draw notwithstanding the number of pet insurance quotes obtained.
  12. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in relation to the prize draw, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. If they cannot be contacted within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant drawn at random.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the prize draw.
  14. Once the winner has been notified, and after 17th January 2026, the winner’s names will be available on request and subject to the winner’s consent by emailing [email protected].
  15. The winner should expect to receive the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to the email address used to obtain the pet insurance quote up to 90 days after their policy purchase date. If the winner’s policy has been cancelled before this date, they will no longer be eligible to receive the Gift Card and a new winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all valid entries during the Promotional Period.
  16. Winners will participate in all required publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites.   17. All Gift Cards are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw where necessary to do so.
  19. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the promotion and to award prizes.
