Thank you for agreeing to provide Petplan with your video feedback. Your video feedback will be used to bring your views to life and help us to improve Petplan products and services.
Your video (and associated personal data where applicable) will be shared with the following groups:
- Allianz UK* employees and Allianz UK* partners, for the purpose of carrying out market research, developing our products and helping our employees to understand the needs of our customers
- InMoment (our market research agency), for the purpose of carrying out market research activities and communicating with you
- Voxpopme (the provider of the video feedback platform), for the purpose of capturing your feedback and sharing it with Petplan and InMoment
- Personal data is shared in accordance with relevant data protection laws. It will not be shared outside of these groups.
All video feedback will be retained for a 12-month period, after which it will be destroyed. If you change your mind later on and would like to withdraw your video feedback, please send an email to [email protected].
