Petplan's work with charities

We support over 1,000 animal charities in the UK

Petplan works with more animal rehoming charities than any other pet insurance provider, and we're committed to supporting charities in any way we can

You can get 4 weeks' free pet insurance when you adopt a pet

We work with animal charities such as the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Blue Cross, Cats Protection, Dogs Trust, and the Scottish SPCA. If you adopt a cat, dog or rabbit from these and many other charities you’ll receive 4 weeks’ free pet insurance to cover any veterinary fees while your pet settles into their new home.

And it doesn’t stop there. Each time a new adopter takes out a full policy with Petplan, we give 10% of the total premium back to the charity, plus a further 10% every year the policy is renewed. So far we’ve raised over £3 million for charities in this way.
